When Jesus gave us the keys of the Kingdom He never mentioned that it was praying for God to do something; in fact, it was just the opposite. Using the keys of the Kingdom is when we trust God and act on what He has already done. When we pray and ask God to do what He has already done through Jesus we are stating our unbelief, expecting God to honor it.
