As my heart and time permits I’m still using the UT testing. My goal is to use it 21 days and though I thought it would be ideal to do so daily, I haven’t come even close to that goal. I think my heart is leading the way. Well, today I got back to it. (I love Saturdays! I love taking time to breathe and rest and invest in my heart on such a non-demanding, peaceful day.)

I am using the sheet with the three columns, each having two categories and groups A and B. So here’s my question: Is it somewhat normal to need to put off entire groups of emotions more than once?

Thank you,
~PK~

We are all different so there are many variables about why people have difficulty moving forward. Here’s a simple checklist so you can make sure you’ve covered your basics. If this doesn’t meet the need we’ll see how we can move forward from there:
1. Have you completed Essential Heart Physics® and New Beginnings? The Ultimate Put Off – Put On Experience is only to be used after you have completed both of these modules.
2. Did you work through the program as suggested, having completed the Heart Physics® exercises included in the program? All of this is designed to take you on a smooth progression from one stage of heart work to the next.
3. Before testing for emotion in the chart have you tested your pendulum with the following?

a. Ask a question you know the answer is “yes,” such as ‘Is my name _____?’ (your actual name)
b. Ask a question you know the answer is “no,” such a ‘Is my name _______?’ (a name that is not yours)
c. Ask, “Am I ready to test for emotions now and get accurate results?”(Answer should be “yes” to continue)
4. Are you following the suggestions of being hydrated, checking for the reversals, etc. that are mentioned in the training?
a. Always start by following the basic directions. Because this is so comprehensive you may find that you need to review some steps more than once.
5. In doing Heart Work you can never determine the outcome you want or the order in which you will deal with issues. So while it may be good to set certain goals, it’s always more important to follow your heart as it leads you day-by-day.
6. It isn’t unusual when someone has every issue in a particular category. Please remember when you put off the emotions you’re only putting them off for the area/issue you’re testing. You may find the same emotions are linked to many different issues.
7. When things don’t seem to make sense or get resolved follow the instructions to test for beliefs. Beliefs are global and may affect many areas. If there is a faulty belief you will discover that issues never go away.
8. If you have double-checked on all of this you may need to contact one of our Heart Physics® coaches on staff to have them see if they can help discover why you’re stuck.
Remember; never pass judgments about yourself when you face these stuck states. Judgments become beliefs that control your life. Be patient with yourself. Take the pressure off of yourself. Sometimes you just have to stop for a few days. Then each day you test yourself with the question, “Am I ready to effectively use put off – put on right now?”
I hope this helps.
Blessings,
Jim
